What led you to become a plumber?

My father was a plasterer, so I wanted to follow in his footsteps. However, he advised me against it because it was such heavy tough work. My next options were to become a plumber or an electrician, so after a flip of a coin I landed on becoming a plumber. All these years later the coin flip worked a trick as I absolutely love my job!

What was your first job?

Out on site being put through my paces labouring to my father.

 What’s your favourite part of your job?

I love so many things about my job, but my favourite part is that no two days are the same. You’re always taking on different tasks, meeting new people and travelling to new locations.

What motivates you?

My family, they play a huge role in my life.

Do you have any hobbies outside of work?

I love getting out a few nights a week to the gym or social hurling, great craic with a great bunch of lads.

What’s your favourite food?

Italian – Pizza, Pasta, Lasagna and Ice cream. I mean who doesn’t love it?

What’s your favourite holiday destination?

Few years back we headed off on a Caribbean Cruise, it was an unreal experience from start to finish.
